1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CWbAZdUARtxfqVuinYmc website, Wi-Fi voucher portal, captive portal login pages, mobile money payment services, and any related support channels (together, the "Service"). They apply to every visitor, subscriber, and business partner.
By browsing this website, purchasing a voucher, redeeming a voucher code, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any package-specific conditions shown at the point of purchase. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
2. About the service
The Service sells prepaid internet access in the form of vouchers. You pay for a package through an integrated mobile money or card payment gateway, receive a voucher code, and redeem that code on a compatible hotspot to obtain internet access for the duration, data volume, and speed shown on the package.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. The Service acts as the merchant of record for the voucher and pushes the resulting access credentials to the network operator or equipment it is configured to work with.
The Service is a prepaid, best-effort access product. It is not an electricity utility, an ISP subscription contract, or a guarantee of continuous connectivity.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering a business account or when completing a purchase, including a valid mobile money or card number.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, voucher codes, and passwords confidential. Treat a voucher code like cash.
- You must not register on behalf of another person without their authority, and must not impersonate any person or business.
- Business customers (hotspot operators, resellers, corporate accounts) are additionally responsible for the conduct of their end users on their own sites.
We may verify identity, restrict access, or refuse service where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
4. Vouchers, pricing and payment
Prices and packages
- All prices are shown in GHS and exclude any taxes, duties, or mobile money charges your network operator may apply outside our control.
- Package contents (data volume, validity window, speed, device limit) are as displayed at the point of sale. Packages may be withdrawn or repriced at any time.
Payment
- Payment is due in full before a voucher is issued. A voucher is generated only after the payment provider confirms a successful charge.
- You authorise the payment provider to debit the account or card you supply. You are responsible for any fees your mobile money operator deducts.
- Payment prompts, one-time codes, and card details are handled by the payment provider. Never share them with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from our support team.
- Prices are charged in GHS. Where a bank or provider converts currency, the final amount debited is set by that provider.
Voucher delivery and use
- Vouchers are delivered on screen and, where enabled, by SMS or WhatsApp to the phone number used at checkout. Delivery to a third-party number is at your risk.
- A voucher is valid from the moment it is activated on the network until the expiry time or data limit shown on the voucher, whichever comes first. Unused value does not roll over and is not convertible to cash.
- Keep your voucher code private. Anyone holding it may consume the data.
- Expired, used, disabled, or void vouchers carry no value and cannot be reactivated, refunded, or transferred.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to permit anyone using your connection to:
- resell, share, crack, spoof, or otherwise make the Service or a voucher available to third parties;
- circumvent, probe, scan, or interfere with the network, routers, authentication servers, or any monitoring or billing system;
- use the Service for spam, phishing, malware distribution, fraud, or any unlawful or abusive activity;
- attempt unauthorised access to accounts, dashboards, provisioning endpoints, or other systems connected to the platform;
- exceed the data, speed, or concurrent-device limits of the purchased package, including through automation or file sharing;
- interfere with the operation of the hotspot, including physically tampering with, repositioning, or powering equipment.
Network operators and equipment suppliers may impose their own fair-use and acceptable-use policies at their sites. Those policies apply in addition to these Terms.
6. Service availability and changes
- We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
- Hardware failures at a site, power interruptions, backhaul congestion, upstream outages, and local network conditions can all reduce or end access. Our liability for these is limited as set out in section 9.
- We may change, suspend, or retire packages, routers, payment providers, or delivery channels. Where a change affects an unused voucher, you will be given a reasonable opportunity to use it or request a refund.
7. Refunds, cancellations and disputes
Because vouchers are prepaid digital products whose value is consumed on activation, all purchases are final once a voucher has been activated or partially used.
- No refund after activation. Once a voucher has been activated, or any measurable data or time has been consumed, the purchase is non-refundable.
- Unused vouchers. Where you have not activated a voucher and you request a refund within 14 days of purchase, we may, at our discretion, refund the amount to the original payment method, less any non-recoverable fees charged to us.
- Failed delivery. Where payment succeeded but you never received a usable voucher, contact us with your phone number and payment reference and we will re-issue, verify, or refund the payment.
- Duplicate payments. Where we are clearly charged twice, we will reverse the duplicate amount.
- Quality claims. Raise connectivity or quality complaints within 7 days of purchase, with the voucher code, site, and a description of the fault, so we can inspect the logs.
Refunds are returned in GHS to the original payment method. Bank, card, or mobile money processing times apply and are outside our control. Refunds must be claimed by the original purchaser using the same phone number or account used to buy.
8. Your data and privacy
- We collect the information needed to operate the Service: your phone number, name where provided, payment reference, voucher codes, and network usage records (device identifiers, IP addresses, data volume, and session times).
- Payment card details are collected and stored by the payment provider under their own terms. We never see or store full card numbers.
- We use your data to activate, deliver, meter, support, and bill vouchers; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to comply with legal, tax, and telecommunications record-keeping obligations.
- We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is necessary with payment providers, SMS or WhatsApp delivery providers, network and equipment operators, and authorities where we are legally required to do so.
- Usage records may be retained for billing, dispute resolution, and regulatory purposes after a voucher expires.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold, subject to records we must keep. Requests are handled through the contact details in section 14.
9. Liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
- We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of loss of data. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill.
- Where we are liable, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you actually paid for the voucher giving rise to the claim and GHS 50.
- We are not liable for losses caused by your own devices, software, malware, third-party networks you connect to, or by events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure, power and connectivity failures, and upstream outages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service operator, its employees, and partners against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Service, or your violation of a third party's rights.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. Nothing in these Terms obliges us to refund unused balance or unused time on a voucher.
We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe that:
- you have breached these Terms or the acceptable-use rules in section 5;
- the voucher has been reported lost, stolen, or compromised;
- use is creating fraud, network abuse, or a security risk for us, other subscribers, or the network;
- a payment is reversed, charged back, or found to be fraudulent.
Where a suspension is temporary, we will restore access once the issue is resolved. Repeated or serious breaches may result in permanent termination of the account without refund.
11. Third-party networks and links
Some parts of the Service link to or depend on third-party services, including mobile money operators, card payment processors, SMS and WhatsApp gateways, and website links we consider useful. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in packages, payment providers, regulation, or our operations.
- The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version.
- Where a change is material and you hold an active or unused voucher, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the phone number on file, by SMS, or on the website before the change takes effect.
- Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service and contact us for an unused-voucher refund under section 7.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, where CWbAZdUARtxfqVuinYmc is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service that cannot be settled informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
Where you deal with us as a consumer, this choice of law does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of your country of residence.
14. Contact us
Questions about these Terms, a voucher, or a payment can be raised with us through any of the channels below. Quote your voucher code and payment reference where you have them.
